poor service don't return calls or give up dates. expect you to pay your bill before product is fixed or installed. rude employees with attitudes. charge you a searching fee for looking for parts and installation fees even if not installed correctly. i am one very unsatisfied customer who still hasn't got her pool light returned. its now been about 3 months and still counting.

I had them install a pool heater - the pool heater has failed less than 6 months after buying it and they refuse to support it under warranty. Absolutely atrocious service.
