Little Zak's Academy Rozelle

My 3 year old son attends little Zac in Rozelle. We have found the centre to be amazing! Such kind, friendly staff and a brilliant curriculum. My son has settled in so well and loves attending the centre. He tells me that he loves his teachers. It is a beautiful community. They offer yoga, soccer French and cooking lessons. He feels very safe and has made some new friends. We have attended a daycare party too and other parents were also telling me that it’s a beautiful centre. I am so happy with the level of communication and the daily journal is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this centre, I am a primary school teacher and really love the pre school preparation program.

My son just started 2 weeks ago , all I can say this is such a caring, nurturing and loving daycare. Every single one of the educators has welcomed my son with open arms and made him feel extremely comfortable !! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Little Zaks is such a brilliant centre. My daughter loves going there and the educators are wonderful. The level of communication is wonderful and even though we aren't allowed into the centre at this point the daily journals and activity updates really make you feel connected to your little one. the building is new and all the equipment is top of the range. We couldn't recommend Little Zak's enough!!

Little Zaks Academy in Rozelle is a great childcare centre. Its a brand new centre which has a modern, large outdoor playground. My son started here at 2yrs old, being his first childcare experience; I was very happy after only two days of attendance, he didn’t cry and was happy and excited to attend, that gave me great confidence and comfort in knowing I had made the right choice sending him to Little Zaks !! Highly recommend x

My son was in the 0-1 room and if I can prevent another mum from having the awful experience I did with this review than I’ll feel slightly better. I found the carers to be totally dismissive and rude. The day I ended his enrolment I arrived and he was sitting in a group of 3 babies, was the only one crying, and the carer had a paddle pop stick she was using to wipe his runny nose with no comfort being provided. I would not recommend this place to any new mum.

Our family is very grateful to all the staff at Little Zak’s Rozelle for the care and attention they provide to our son Christopher every day.The days at Little Zak’s are very well organised and provide children with opportunities for learning and social development through fun activities and free play. The facilities provide a bright atmosphere, and the outdoor playground is well equipped with plenty of shade.Christopher is loving his days spent at school and his teachers, and brings home lots of new skills like playing soccer, tennis, dancing, singing new songs as well as conversations on topics they had during the day.Thank you to all the staff at Little Zak’s for their enthusiasm and professionalism, and the depth of communication to parents through photos, daily charts and journals.I highly recommend the centre!Viliyana

Outstanding child care service!!!The resources and programs are brilliant and engaging for kids of all ages and interests. The learning spaces are open, stimulating and flexible to adapt to different weather and times of the day. The food is healthy and well balanced and changes regularly. The cost is very good and great value for money. The website and app are extremely easy to navigate and show useful information and is updated daily with great photos of the kid’s interacting with each other and the activities.BUT above all - and most importantly - the best thing is the staff. They are amazing! From the first day, they have been extremely inviting to everyone - kids, parents and the wider family. They are quick to respond and communicate with parents about everything and anything you need/want and don’t just send generic emails but personalise and individualise their responses. Pooneh and Annalise are very good managers and all of the staff make it a pleasure for my child to turn up and for us to drop off and pick him up each and every day. They are very professional and have made my family’s experience with child care here easy and pleasant.I can’t recommend this place enough!Thankyou for everything!

Both my sons (2 and 4 year old) have attended Little Zak’s Rozelle since it first opened. Between the two of them, they have been in every class and know all the educators. Everyone has been very friendly and caring towards our boys. They are able to experience a variety of activities from soccer and french lessons (by external coaches/teacher) as well as yoga and baking. They teach the kids about caring for the environment, sustainability and aboriginal culture so very well rounded. The facilities are also new and modern. From an administrative perspective, they have also been very responsive to any questions I have raised especially during a difficult 2 years with the pandemic. I would highly recommend LZ Rozelle!

We have been at Little Zak’s since my daughter was 7 months so about 6 months now and she’s absolutely thriving here. I’m an expat and we don’t have family in Sydney, so we really rely on trusting them to socialise her and make her feel safe and confident while she’s away from us. I love all the carers but I’d like to highlight Harri who always takes my calls (sometimes there’s a lot...), and she greets us and speaks to me like a mum or a friend with compassion and understanding. And also Joan who is my daughter’s main carer while she’s there, Joan is also a mum but even more than that I truly feel she has built an amazing bond with my daughter. When I drop her off she cries, but the moment she sees Joan is there she stops and she’s so happy. She also cries when Joan hands her over to me at pick up- because she’s having such a nice time and wants to stay! I never worry about her when I know Joan is there looking after her and truly cares for her.The babies get loads of outdoor time which I love and are fed an amazing menu. All the staff always recognise my husband and I and know who we’re there for. The app is amazing, I love seeing what she did, when she slept, what she ate and soo many photos with a lovely post of what their day was like/ what activities they did.I’ve seen such amazing growth in my daughter here. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has been super happy since starting at Little Zaks in Rozelle. All the staff have been professional and friendly and very caring towards our daughter. I love the photos from the daily journals and the breadth of activities they provide. The centre is brand new with lots of natural light and amazing indoor and outdoor areas.
