without a doubt the worst customer service in the whole town. on any given day 4 out of 5 staff are surly, curt and unhelpful. i wish there was some cultural change at this work place.

Its always a positive experience to deal with the staff at the Margaret River Post Office. They are usually busy, but still give your request their full attention. a few times I have made mistakes with packaging or postage and the instructions to make it right are given with a smile. One more thing to love about Margs.
