Very well organised, could use a little more atmosphere (music) but prices are good. Stock is low, so donations and volunteers definitely needed.

One staff member was very helpful when obtaining a voucher for the vet but another lady who seemed to be more senior was very rude and did not apologise when found to be incorrect.

Some people just don't have customer service skills and shouldn't be interacting with the public. Other than that, there is not much range for men's shirts/clothing but I'm finding with all the 2nd hand shops in Atherto .
