Went in asking for a french full set, asked for the white to be shorter then the pink while keeping the mail long (if that meant painting then i would be willing to pay) instead I left with short, stumpy, uneven shape and length, with long white, bubbles in the coating and HAIR even glue into the acrylic or gel. Incredibly upset as I asked for this to be changed and it was not.

It’s been around over a year since I came to this nail salon, I thought I’d come down as it’s the nearest to me and I ended up waiting half an hour and then I left because it didn’t seem like I’d be seen till another half hour after that. Was told about no waits or anything. In the past as well, they’ve used their cuticle oil on me that sends a stinging sensation to my hands and arms!! No wonder I don’t come here anymore! Won’t be back.

Had nails done not even a week ago and they are cracking and have already broken. Would like them redone, have called 5 times and nobody bothers to answer the phone. Some response would be appreciated.Jo

Ashley the owner of this shop is exploiting her employees by not giving the minimum wage and she pays her employees on cash without any payslip. My 1 week salary was withheld and she didn't give it back when I left the job. I'm having problem with my thumb while working there and the owner of shop don't care about her employees.

The WORST experience I've ever had at a nail bar! Unhygienic is an understatement. The Pedi was OK but my feet were scrubbed with a used scrubber, which I questioned and suddenly the man couldn't speak English then for my manicure instead of soaking my fingers and cleaning them with utensils the woman just used her fingernails to clean them, I asked if this was there usual procedure and was ignored. I was unhappy with her cutting my nails that I had been growing for sometime as I had ask her not to, to just shape them. By the end I was extremely unpleased with the entire experience and voiced my opinion the the person charging me only to be charged over $100 dollars part of which was this so call manicure. I was absolutely shocked and upset. Please don't go there!

Always my go to place to get a pedicure! They always give longer massages than anywhere else I've been and are friendly. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Very reasonably priced and convenient location.

I did some research to find a good rated salon and this place did not disappoint! The manager did my set and was so sweet, I was fit in for a pedicure spa too and the gentleman was awesome. Even fitting in a bit of hotstone, hot towel and fun conversation, they'll always give the best advice and everyone is relaxed in there. It's spotless, clean and well managed!

I went here on the 21st of December to get sns nails done for my birthday. I wanted almond shape but they were wonky and uneven. By Boxing Day there was huge cracks across the nails and they started to come off a week later. I was assured 3 weeks but only got one and a half and had cracks. Not happy with service as the outcome was messy and I waited around thirty minutes to even be seen. I paid $57 for this and I was totally scammed. Do not come here. The staff had a lot of people to see which probably explains the quality so I think more staff is desperately needed.
