We found Blades and Shade to be most professional, right from our initial enquiry to the installation. The shutters are absolutely beautiful and the Veri Shade is far better than we expected. Great customer service. Got my quote for the carpet in my house very quickly. Had Blades and Shades supply and fit blinds to my house in the past and had no problems.

Had 5 x aluminium plantation shutters and a powered outdoor awning fitted in the last few months. Very impressed with the locally made product but also the advice from the staff. They spotted slight damage on a shutter panel on installation day and had it re-manufactured and replaced the same day. Very flexible and kept us informed at all times as to what was happening with our orders. Thanks Scott.

*WARNING* don't come here if they find out you're not too knowledgeable about costs they with try and charge you exorbitant prices I'm a pensioner I'm not made of money. Mark had the audacity to try and convince me $6000 was a fair price for 3 2000 x 1800mm exterior blinds. Get a grip Mark

We had 7 exterior blinds and 1 awning installed and were absolutely rapt with the job. The work was done within the quoted time-frame, except for the awning, but they phoned and explained the reason why this couldn't be done immediately (a fault in the fabric they were supplied). We highly recommend this company for price, quality, professionalism and just plain old-fashioned service. Thanks guys... I came home from hospital to an absolutely awesome looking job. Highly recommend this business. From the initial enquiry, then consultation and through to installation the service was excellent. The communication, professionalism and punctuality of all three staff I dealt with through the process really impressed me.Mark was prompt dealing with my initial enquiry and Jamie was very patient with me when he came out to do the measure & quote (because I’m fussy haha!). The installer (sorry forgotten his name) did a great job and cleaned up everything at the end.We did our entire interior and the blinds fit perfectly, and are exactly what we wanted. We will need exterior blinds soon and will definitely use this company again.
