My wife and I drove up to Sydney from Canberra for the knife sharpening class. We had a great time. Ben and Leigh were simply excellent. Very patient and explained things with as much detail as needed, irrespective of our experience levels. We also finished the morning off with a little Sake. Great collection of knives and drinks. Just a fantastic experience in general. Highly recommended for anyone interested in learning how to sharpen using whetstones or just looking for a good morning out with friends, even from Canberra. Ross did an excellent job sharpening my kitchen knives. I would highly recommend him to anybody! I DROOL over the photos he posts of his knives, have had the pleasure of seeing them for myself and i can say they are some of the highest quality i have seen!!!!!!!
