Never a dull moment!I left my prized Miyabi kitchen knife set with Dane for sharpening, as trying to do it myself can be my Nemesis - Lockdown meant I cooked a lot to stay sane at home, so they were quite dull with many burrs.His skills were as honed as the knives were - within a day, all of the knives not only passed the paper slice test afterwards, but you could also shave the individual fibers off the top as well!To the point: Your cutting-edge techniques saved me a lot of time - Thanks, knife to meet you!(Not sure if this review will cut it, I was trying to be cleaver)
