Koala Kids OOSH

My kid is with Koala Kids since he was in Year1. Ms Afaf and her staff are all very endearing. We have trusted them looking after our kid. They also provide weekly activities like karate or coding for kids. The school holiday programs are also very creative and engaging for the children.

We want to say big THANK YOU to all staffs in Koala kids oosh. As our relocated, we have to stop using this service. But it is absolutely a wonderful oosh service we have been used. My children met new friends here and also do lots of after school activities. They love here! All the best for everyone in koala kids!

It was such a wonderful experience for both of us with KOALA KIDS OOSH . From kindergarten till now we got so much support from Mrs afaf and teachers . Zenith and I both will have special memories from koala kids which we will place in our heart for a lifetime. Really appreciated for your support.

Koala kids OOSH is really very good centre for kids lots of fun activities good food miss afaf is just like a family member she is really very good my daughter loves her a lot thank you miss afaf for giving my child the best care and memories with you

My Son is with koala kids since 2019, They really amazing and proving good care of my son and all the kids. Ms.Afaf is the Head of the Center she is really taking care all the children's as her own children. Ms.Afaf and Mr.Fouzy they really taking care the children as their Own Children and we are highly recommended Koala Kids OOSH , they are really outstanding care provide my son. Ms.Afaf and all the other staff taking care my Son really good and he always wants to stay long with the center , we are really received the Good care and support from Koala kids. Koala kids center have been very helpful for us. Our daughter enjoyed every single day in koala kids. Ms Afaf and the team works very hard for the safety of all da kids and provide nutritious snacks.In addition to this, we also loved the school holiday care programme.Overall , we highly recommend the koala kids center , it is very realiable and optimal care for our kids , this center also assists our kids to built their creativity and learning goals .

A few kids from this place bullied my kids and a few others at Strathfield park during holidays. Staff actually went up to kids and told them that they werent allowed to play and to go away, when theFew kids from oosh werent wanting to share the equipment. I mean kids are kids but absolutely appalling behaviour from staff. When i approached the staff to see why they told my kids to sit down the staff lady swore in front of many many children and my kids were very upset to see her behavior..Not only myself but other people coped the same treatment.. .. shocked to see a adult acting in such matter in front of so many kids with their families trying to have a good time... Another Male staff member before that incident happened went up to kids and spoke to them in such rude manner, the kids were so upset about to cry so I went up to the kids and told them to tell their parents what happened, again same kids who bullied mine.Like I said kids are kids but the shame is how the adult staff were sooo rude and bossy. Disgusting actually.. followed a lady outside as she was trying to leave the park and was swearing at her while the kids were behind her laughing...using very rude words in front of little children..I'm hoping she was dealt with as myself and another parent who witnessed called management and made a complaint. Didn't hear anything back which was upsetting.
