Epic Storage

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKINGTERRIBLE FACILITIES AND DISGRACEFUL MANAGEMENT.My son stored his house belongings here for 6 months only to discover that it had been leaking water the entire time and everything is mouldy. This includes furniture, appliances, childrens toys and much much more. They have 3 young children aged 5, 2 and 1 and the kids were so excited to be able to have their toys again but they will have to be disposed of due to black mould.Management have said they will not compensate them at all but will dispose of all their belongings for them at no charge.They advertise that it is safe, secure and clean and suggest storing household items.I just wonder how many more unsuspecting people will find the same devastation when it comes time to collect their belongings.

We stored our furniture at EPIC and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a choice of storage area to suit our needs. They were clean and easy to get to, and trolleys were provided to move furniture and goods from our vehicles to storage. Daily access was available and we highly recommend EPIC.

I've been a member here now for just over 1 year and this company is in constant communication with me about any matter arising. I recommend storing here.

Excllent Services for my truck for the last 5 years, I have been satisfied with the security, accessibility, and cleanliness of the storage space, and I will not hesitate to recommend epic storage to others in need of storage solutions.

ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS. We were sold an apparent weatherproof container which was not at all weatherproof. After 6 months of expensive storage returning to finally collect our belongings and our kids only possessions after months of housing struggles thinking our things were safe whilst we struggled, we were wrong! The container had been leaking the whole time due to a dodgy patch up job not natural causes and all our stuff was completely ruined and full of mould, no compassion shown at all simply told we can dispose of your items free of charge like they are doing us a favour! We can not believe this and we are all absolutely devastated.

Negligent Management and Unsatisfactory Facilities.Use at own risk as like just happened to my family after 6 months of storing their household furnishings, appliances, linen, photos, children's/babies toys, art work, clothes and other personal valuables they found it all totally wet and covered in black mould.Then to be told they will be offered no compensation other than managements offer to dispose of it all for them free of charge.Absolutely appalling and irresponsible management and false advertising of the facilties they offer
