Good Constructions have done five home renovations for us and each one has been completed on time, on budget and we have been thrilled with the quality of his workmanship. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

BEWARE- Disgraceful after sales service. No calls when calls promised, ignoring issues, no responses. Chasing chasing chasing. Three years into a significant home build and major defects are ‘tap danced’ around to maximize builder profits not fixing the issues the first time.Pool leaks, tiles off, house leaks, products used not fit for purpose. Had enough!

Unfortunately, this builder actively supports and promotes politicians who destroy the environment.

DO NOT use this builder. We purchased a 2 year old property that was constructed by this builder, soon after we discovered serious defects and despite reporting the issues multiple times, and receiving repeated assurances he did not remedy any of the issues, including not honouring commitments made in arbitration. After years of following up and living in a house with a growing list of serious issues we resorted to VCAT proceedings. Needless to say, the costs we have incurred to repair these issues significantly exceeded the financial settlement we accepted as alternative to pursuing lengthy and expensive legal proceedings. The true extent of the issues with the property has become apparent as we have conducted the repairs including:- Exposed structural steel showing significant corrosion, not galvanised per engineers specifications- Flashing not used around roof line and on many windows resulting in water leaks in almost every room in the house- Box drain installed incorrectly and no overflow provided causing water ingress and rotting of timber structures- Cladding installed with silicon only, leading to water ingress and damage to walls- Standard gyprock used in construction of bathrooms- Insufficient fall in the bathrooms resulting in water pooling and membrane failure- Open end in stormwater overflow sealed with gaffer tape causing flooding, significant expense incurred to repair and remediate damage to landscaping- Air conditioning condensation drains drilled into storm water pipes and sealed with silicon- Water penetrating behind pool tiles causing them to fall off.The extent of problems hard to comprehend, as was his indifference to our concerns and attempts to avoid responsibility.
