It’s great that another massage place has opened in Balwyn. The staff are very friendly, they make you feel safe and welcomed. I’ve had 3 massages so far and all have been just what I needed. The room was clean, quiet and had a soothing ambience. The atmosphere of the massage​ room was very relaxing. The light and the music were perfect! The masseuse was professional and helped alleviate the tension in my back and legs. They had a variety of techniques, including deep tissue and stretching. My experience​ was fantastic! The value of the cost was surely worth it. I recommend here to anyone for a great massage​.

Spare your excuse to make your argument look plausible. It would only take less than a minute for one of your staff to change or even put a Closed sign on your door, so people wouldn't need to waste the time coming back. You could also have hired a receptionist who can politely tell people that all your therapists are engaged. You charge $80 an hour for a massage, but you can't afford hiring a receptionist? What a joke? Enjoy running your massage shops for the rest of your life. Good Luck!Finished work and was going home with a sore neck. Passed by this shop and wanted a quick massage to relieve my pain. Arrived at their front door at 6:50pm. No one answered at the door, but there was a notice saying they would be back at 7pm. I went back there at 7pm and waited a couple more minutes and still nobody. I called their phone number. The lady answered the phone said no one would be available until 7:30pm. Well, there are plenty of remedial massage people. They should feel lucky that I had chosen them. What made them think they are so special about themselves? What made them think they could do this to their customers? Such a disrespectful business. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there at all.

I think it’s the best massage in Balwyn and one of the best in Melbourne! Environment is very cozy and warm. The massage itself was out of this world. My therapist was extremely skilled and was able to work out all of the tension in my muscles. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.I would highly recommend Anda Thai Massage to anyone looking for a top-notch Thai massage experience. The staff, the massage, and the atmosphere all exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning in the future!

My sister in law and I love getting massages. We had a place we frequented, but I think we found our new massage place! It's very clean and peaceful compared to others around the area. The price is quite decent. We came out feeling refreshed. We will definitely go there again! By the way, ask for Tiffany. She's amazing.

This is one of the best massage experiences I’ve had! The neck pain I had for weeks was gone the next day after a deep tissue massage, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve also had the foot massage with steaming and that was wonderful for my tired sore feet. The staff here know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

Words just cannot describe it to be quite honest. I've tried the combination, the essential oils and the deep tissue massages here and they were all wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly and skilled. Always leave this place feeling like I'm walking on clouds, my back is usually incredibly tight due to sitting in front of a computer all day and leave feeling so much better.Would recommend this place to anyone fairly priced and easily one of the best massages.
