If you shop early, they never have someone serving you at the registers. You have to find someone to serve you, that's annoying when you have a trolley full of shopping

Very bad customer service. One of woman talked to me in a very bad manner. I have been a customer at Green Valley Woolworths many years. Each week we bought a lot of stuff. Today I came to ask for brick farm for my little kid. She said I can't give it to you because you bought from another branch. You are not my customer I can't give it you. I tried to explain that the branch that I bought they run out the stock. She didn't listen to me. I read term and condition about brick farm. It didn't say about this. I may have to stop shopping at Green Valley Woolworths. They didn't think I am your customer. Store manager should do something about your customer team.

I just left woolworths greenvalley 30th january 2023 at 4pm i went to the customer service desk and ask where can i find a sliced fresh salmon in a pack there is a woman there (sorry i didn't get a chance to look at her name tag) she answered me maybe in the deli

Woolies anywhere else is bright and inviting, if I compared woolies to Coles in this shopping centre, Coles is more inviting. Woolies here is just sad and depressing store compared to their rival Coles here .
