Float & Restore Lakeside (Joondalup) Float Tank, Sauna & Massage

First time going to float and massage. It felt so welcomed. I loved loved loved the float. It was such a calming and cool experience. It was nothing like id ever done. Then I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I walked out of there feeling completely pampered.

Great experience and fantastic... FANTASTIC customer service. I wish I knew the name of the blonde haired woman at the front desk, she was absolutely delightful. She showed me to my floatation pod, she was so helpful and explained everything so eloquently to me, like I was her first ever customer. I got in and left feeling so relaxed.The experience overall was fantastic, I only put four stars due to the small issue of the towel I was given to dry myself. It was like quite thin and flimsy, felt like a kitchen paper towel, and I had somewhere to go after my float, so I left very wet. Just one small suggestion for improvement but please don't let that stop any of you reading this review from visiting, you will not regret it! Perhaps just ask them for a thick towel before you hop in. Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic!!! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome herbal tea. I had the Sauna/Float/1hr Massage package. I highly recommend it. The sauna was great and the float was amazing but the massage was so relaxing it was unbelievable, I floated out of there. I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and I was very impressed by Chika my therapist. Book yourself in, you won't regret it!!!

One word: amazingNot only was the receptionist lovely, she made the experience very calming and understandable.I started of with a 60m float followed by a massage and it was really relaxing.The women who did my massage was so friendly and bubbly and overall the experience left me with an amazing unwind - healthy mindI will 100% be coming back

Very relaxing experience from start to finish. Staff are always lovely & helpful. Waiting room tidy with complimentary tea, water. I get the sauna/float package.

I was gifted a float and massage by my husband for Christmas and I have just redeemed today and I am so completely relaxed. I feel like I’m floating on a cloud, the float was amazing, and the massage was just next level, the perfect amount of pressure. I’ve never had my scalp or hands massaged before, it was perfect. I have a busy job and a busy life (don’t we all), but it was just incredible to have 2 hours to myself and be completely pampered. 10/10 gift!

I been working a lot lately and been pretty stressed out. Float and restore Joondalup had the perfect package for me $150 for a float, sauna and a massage! Couldn’t believe the deal. Anyway I booked in with the incredible helpful staff, that answered all my questions with such patience. All staff are just so professional and the relaxing feeling when you walk info the centre is awesome. I loved my sauna, massage and float. Just what I needed in my stressful schedule.
