Sorry to have to leave a bad review after years of myself and my husband getting amazing service but after missing my appointment due to work I was spoken to very rudely and condescendingly by the front desk, it takes ages to get an appointment as they're always booked in advance. We won't be coming back, as their ASAP list and filling any availabilities is more important than caring about their clients.

I needed to buy a new hair straightener gift for my partner for her birthday and had no idea where to start. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining the products and benefits as I didn’t know what to look for. Ended up buying a few products to make a great gift. Thanks to the ladies at the front for your great service and for looking after me.

Received helpful advice on products and maintenance today whilst browsing products, absolutely no pressure to buy anything but solid advice from someone who genuinely cared. I will definitely be back for their services if this is my first impression. Definitely 10/10!

I bought a product that initially did not suit my hair, so I went back to the store, & the staff were very friendly and proffesional. Also, kind enough to offer an exchange. One of the staff recommended a brilliant hairspray for my super frizzy hair and flyaways. I absolutely love it. Its nice seeing these ladies care about their customers.

The knowledge that these ladies have is unmatched. I only popped into buy hair spray and walked away with so much knowledge about my own hair that I never knew (despite having my hair done regularly elsewhere).I will be returning for sure, next time for my hair to be done.Such a lovely atmosphere

Attempted to get a cut on Sunday 19th December 2022. Had not made a booking as all online information indicated it was walkins only for Sundays. Upon arrival was advised that there were no spots available as the 2 Sundays prior to Christmas require a booking......I have no issue with this however not advertising it, only any platform, is poor management.
