I am currently in the process of having a tattoo removed, James and Lisa run a very professional business and are extremely helpful and friendly.I am so great-full that I found this duo and would highly recommend anyone thinking about it to book in and have a consult, James is very knowledgeable and is passionate about his work, and always makes sure I am comfortable at my sessions.

I have been going to a tattoo removalist in Brisbane and have experienced great pain with my tattoo removal. I then went for a consultation with James and he said I could use numbing cream before I came in to make it more comfortable. The treatment I had with James was pain free and I couldn't thank him enough. The service is done with such hygiene standards and professionalism. I am so glad I found you James. Looking forward to seeing this tattoo gone....Thanks .

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve received laser tattoo removal before and they were significantly more expensive than where I’d previously gone but I’m always happy to pay more to support local. Explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Only issue was right at the end being handed an aftercare pack I honestly didn’t really need and then being told afterwards they’d charge me extra for it. After leaving and googling the actual prices of the products in the aftercare pack I realised I had been charge almost double what it would have cost me to buy the products myself from a pharmacy. Unfortunately ruined the whole experience as it felt very distrustful and like I was being taken advantage of.

A big decision made incredibly easy. Once I had decided to start my tattoo removal journey I was anxious it would be painful and time consuming. Neither of these things are the case at ERAZALASER Ipswich. Any discomfort during the procedure is incredibly bearable and over within quite literally, 1-2 minutes. The time in-between each session flies by and before I knew it my tattoos were dissolving away!I wish I had started the process sooner!
