After two weeks, they never collected the bag, or the numerous other bags I left out. I won't be bothering donating to red nose anymore.

Similar situation to another 1 star review. We received our red bags stating collection would be Friday. Two weeks later and the bags throughout the neighborhood are still sitting outside. I contacted the office and it sounded like I was really putting them out by letting them know. I was informed that by reporting it would only sort out my street and not any of the other ones. Really gave me that warm charitable feeling.

It is sad to have to write this report: Red Nose does not collect the red bags. We got one some weeks back and, we were advised they will be collected the following Wednesday. Our bag as well as others from neighbours are lying outside as NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO COLLECT THEM. Moreover, one of our neighbours reported this situation and got no reply whatsoever (!) - I have just phoned them and, was kept for a long time in the phone - hence, gave it up. Red Nose pull up your socks!!!

I have nothing but praise for this Not For Profit" organisation. The importance of the role they play within the community far outweighs the tardiness of roadside collection of bags of donated goods. The alternative option for people who want to donate goods is to take it to one of the many drop off spots yourself.Look at the bigger picture here
