One of, if not the best dentist I have been to. Great service at the desk and from the dentist. All make you feel very comfortable and they genuinely want to help you.

Such professional and caring staff, Dr Abi is amazing. Would highly recommend seeing her especially if you have sensitive teeth as she is gentle yet thorough. Beautiful modern practice too!

I had a bad experience with them. I feel this place is all about earning your money. I told the dentist that I wear a splint at night and she asked if I had it with me so she could have a look. I brought it in case the dentist might want to see it, so I gave it to her. She took it to another room while I was lying on the chair. She came back with my splint and told me it was good and she had polished it. She only said she was gonna have a look and I was surprised when she said she did something to it. At the end of the check up, I was given a bill which I had to pay for the polish she did for my splint which was quite expensive! I stated that I never asked for it and nor was I informed about the charge. But they claimed the service was done so I had to pay. Why would I pay for something I didn't ask for?? And as a clinic, they should always be upfront about any charges before any procedures. I stood my ground and did not pay for that item. They were nice and bubbly until I questioned the bill. Be very careful and check your bill at the end! Don't get ripped off!

I had my first appointment with the Dental House today. I am extremely terrified at the dentist due to bad past experiences. I am so impressed with the effort they put in to make me relax. I really appreciated this. I actually enjoyed my visit. Thank you.

I never thought I'd look forward to coming to the dentist. My son (4) was disappointed when I told him we had to reschedule once, he loves it that much - the dentists are very kid friendly! One incredible dentist even picked up a major issue (oversized tonsils) which was causing my son sleep apnea.

Most lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Excellent care shown towards me and my concerns. My husband ended up moving too because I was so pleased with their service. So happy I changed Dentists. Highly recommend!

Feel so lucky to have found The Dental House. I had been recommended here from more than one source and finally booked with Dr. Abi and wasn't disappointed. Felt very comfortable and she was very reassuring. I am needing some cosmetic work and I really felt she understood what I'm wanting to achieve and gave me confidence in working with her. Brooke was also delightful - the best clean I've ever had without the pain.Can't recommend this practice highly enough - from the warm and professional girls @ Reception through to treatment.

Happy with the dental services at this clean and friendly local business. I have to say though, the continual attempted upsell of xrays and other services is relentless.

When I first went to the dentist I was invited to come in and sit on the chair and just get straight to work. My anxiety kicked in and I admitted to the duo with that is Amy and Lindsey that I was feeling a bit anxious as tears welled up in my eyes. Almost like clockwork the two ladies stepped into some kind of comedic duo that rivals the ladies from absolutely fabulous. Immediately I was transcended into some kind of theatre performance which as the consultation and checkup went on it slowly turned into a bit of a musical from from Amy - much to my delight. Made it easier to come back for the second appointment which I was pretty scared of. They were going into an old root canal and in my previous experience I’ve lost a tooth doing this - I was neeervous. But once again the ladies were on top form, even though it was two days before New Year’s and they were working overtime/or filling in for someone else. I’ve gotta say I’m absolutely astounded at the level of coolness these two chicks are. I ended up singing, well gargling to the music of Adele, ‘Somebody Like You’ with Aami rivalling for some harmony parts. Meanwhile we had Lindsey on the side with much appreciation. This wasn’t the dentist, this was something else. I still have my tooth, I’m fine no pain at all, all G. This is a big comment to come from someone who was petrified and had to talk to almost every one of her friends before she stepped foot in that dentist office. If you’re nervous, if you’re scared or if you plain just don’t know why but you don’t want to go to the dentist, try these ladies out at the least it’s a cheap performance for an act hard to beat.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. My wife and I have both been a patient to Brooke for the past year and a half. We get our cleans, any fillings and retainers done by her. Her approach is gentle and calming and talks you through the process of what is happening and also what options you have which is reassuring from someone who's not a fan of going to the dentist. The environment is super friendly and welcoming from all the staff and the correspondence prior to the appointments is top notch. I'd definitely recommend coming here.
