Bought a new phone last went back for assistance to access my email and Facebook .. staff a great help .. too bad tellstar doesn't after 23 years had to go from a plan to a prepaid phone .. five star for staff one star for the Telstra ...

The manager was rude and not helpful at all. Went to another store in Dubbo and got everything I need, saved money and didn’t have to wait instore for it all to finalise.

Tried to charge me close to a thousand dollars to change plans as I was leaving my current plan to a new plan. Called Telstra and did it over the phone for 200 dollars for the exact same plan. Staff instore when notified told me I'm better off calling instead of with them because they can't do the same level of changes as the Telstra call centre
