Would give no stars if I could.Called to get my script filled I need to survive told it would be there waited an hour fir them to tel me they had thrown it out and they couldn't fill it.My husband went back last night for another script I need for cluster headaches I usually go to a different chemist they questioned it and as my doctor is away will not fill it and will not give us a refund. Taken my money and no medication. I thought pharmacy's are meant to help.

Security is crazy and won't leave you alone. They think you are constantly trying to steak something and God forbid you have tattoos! One security guard just kept looking at me the intire time and walking past me stairing constantly. Then he said are you right there?!" I'm sorry but are YOU alright there is sir is more the question?!?!. I didn't even buy what I needed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and harassed so I left and I'm sure many others will leave due to security aswell. They aren't meant to follow you around the store. Infact most chemists don't even have security. Won't be going back."

There has always been a lack of customer service at the Knox city store but never really needed much, if I can’t find something tell me where it is, take my money so I can get out. Today I needed to return a knee brace I ordered over click and collect. The staff member told me I couldn’t because i picked it up at a different store. The second I question why she got an attitude. I pointed out that it doesn’t say anywhere I have to return it to the store I pick up from. She got the manger. Everything about this manger was ‘can’t be F@&%’ I could tell as soon as I saw her walking down she could not be F$&@ she then said same thing and when I once again said it says nowhere I have to return it where I pick it up she said it’s on the click and collect. I have now read both emails and returns aren’t even mentioned! She them told me I didn’t have a receipt! The invoice I was sent by email according to her is not a receipt. She couldn’t even be bothered to stand up fully while she was talking to me. She look like she was one minute away from laying her head down on the counter. Before today the convenience of this store outweighs the problems but the attitude with the lying has done it and I will not be going back.

Very rude customer service . I purchased a cream in this store and when I wanted to use the cream I realized it was opened and it was like a liquid . I went to the store and Customer service ( Lonchan) was really rude to me and he asked me to contact manufacturer to refund . It was an example of poor and rude customer service .

I recently visited chemist warehouse knox looking for paco rabanne black xs, when I was not able to find it I asked one of the staff for help her name was jayde, she informed me that they did not have my fragrance of choice and proceeded to introduce me to similar smelling fragrances, happy to say that I have found a new fragrance of choice jimmy choo man....thank you for your knowledge and patience jayde.... 5 star performance.

I had a bad encounter with the store manager in exchanging a faulty broken seal mouth rinse wish had spilled in my shopping bag the day before. I didn't expect to face such a ridiculous exchange process, i was basically accused by the manager of trying to con the store off 2 mouthful of spilled mouth rinse. In order to get the exchange done i had to repeat my story like 5 times. I got it done but the process was unpleasant. I frequently visit this store but previously had no issues with my products. I would recommend better to avoid and find a store with better customer service.

I don’t believe the negative reviews, the staff were super helpful, courteous and professional. The pharmacist on duty was very empathetic. After a few days my eye is much better…Thanks to all the staff at Knox City….

Like others have mentioned, they misplaced my script also. So given that they misplaced my script, I've ordered it to be refilled through their app. With all due respect, the script information on your computer system should be the same as that on your app. I feel for anyone who may have required more vital scripts to be filled. Please ensure the paper scripts you have on file and the information they contain are reflected on your computer systems.

Victoria, the Pharmacist, is an absolute life saver. She has been the only pharmacist to take the time to listen to my concerns when I was very worried. Won't be going to any other pharmacist!!!!
