I have just received my swag. My swag had a small issue originally, I contacted them as soon as I discovered it and they responded out of hours and immediately went about rectifying my issue. The response and effort Leanne went to was amazing and not something you get very often. The quality of my swag is great, still yet to test it on a trip but so far 5 stars!

Phoned them as I was after the Hybrid swag. Between Katie and Leanne it felt as if they bent over backwards to assist me. The after sales service has been great too. They had their sale and yet they still provided the same level of service. Got the swag and it is great quality. Totally understand why the YouTubers" all rate them so highly."

Best swag on the market and service to back it up. Used 20+ times over the past 14 months and one of the curved end poles recently snapped on me. Easy warranty form filled out and heard back on the same day from Leanne that 2 new sets had been express posted to me. Easy setup and pack up, no moisture inside when sleeping through torrential QLD rain and good to know the service is there to back it up.

I purchesed 2 swags for my sons. I was impressed with the quality of the product, but I did have a couple of little issues. Contacted crashpad and it was the most troublefree warranty experience I have had. So impressed, I'm now looking to buy more gear from them. Thanks to Leanne and Ashlee in the customer service team.

If there was an option for 10 stars i would have clicked it this company has hands down the best quality gear on the market, the team at crash pad have also gone above and beyond to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied. Hats off to everyone involved
