Very helpful even if you are just wanting to know more about the area and where services will be in the near future. I had a young gentleman help me a while back who took the time to explain about the new proposed shopping centre. Thank you it was very informative and helpful.

If I could mark the star lower for the people who run and deal with the customers I would. They argue will the client, dismiss valid points and blame you for buying the property. Nothing but drama from them and no help!They are money hungry and make their profit from lying to customers.

A great organisation to deal with when your looking for land to build your next house. These guys go the extra mile to help you find your ideal block. They also follow up when they say they will, unlike others in the area who say they will get back to you but never do.

I bought land from them and called recently about the setttlement date during office hours, there was no answer so left a voicemail as instructed and am still yet to here back.

All credit to Villawood's urban design and architectural landscape teams - they build great communities. The planning, sales and communication people however leave a lot to be desired. Delays in land development are expected, but you want these delays communicated. If buying land through them get any settlement dates in writing rather than verbatim from the sales people.
