AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrendous experience with this company - driver barely spoke English, would not park in a loading zone only 20m away from the door, never arrived at the times they arranged, wasted 3 days of my time for a very simple move.I spent inordinate amounts of time on hold while the customer service people argued back and forth with the driver on another line. When we finally rescheduled the driver continued to argue that there was no parking despite there being a loading zone AND a loading dock he could have used.They never turned up on time once, and the driver stopped answering phone calls.

DO NOT USE - WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!! If I could give this company a minus five star review I would!What a horrific experience! A booking was made with CBD Movers for a 7am-10am slot on Saturday, 30 July 2022. With little to no notice the night before, I received a phone call noting that this had to be pushed to a 10am – 2pm slot on the same Saturday. Multiple calls were made on Saturday to the CBD team to get an update on Saturday as to timing of the movers and I was repeatedly told they were confirmed and would call prior. With little to no notice, I then received a call at 2pm on Saturday saying they cannot attend but could do the next day – with no sympathy might I add.This so far had ruined multiple other personal plans for Saturday and was about to ruin and waste time the whole weekend now, I had so far spent a whole Saturday at the property just waiting for nothing to happen in the end! During the call to arrange the now Sunday move, it was made very clear that it had to be early, that this had to be a priority at 7am to ensure there was enough time to get the property cleaned. The customer service team agreed and noted they would ensure this was booked for 7am!The movers finally arrived at the property at 8:35 am after a follow up call Sunday morning, 31 July 2022. They were advised there was one load going to storage and one to a house. All items had coloured stickers attached to make this process very easy for them.They then proceeded to go downstairs and make a ten-minute call to CBD noting there was two staircases, which had already been advised the unit was on the second floor and yes there were stairs!! As they were loading, I had to go observe the truck multiple times only to find the movers having a chat at the rear of the truck instead of loading it! SNAIL PACE. All items were placed in one room for ease of the movers and it still took them over three hours moving items out because they were busy talking THE ENTIRE TIME.Once they arrived at storage, they unloaded, and we then went to the house to unload the rest. During this unload they dropped and smashed a storage box along with two expensive wine glasses, with no apology or care. They requested a broom to clean their truck out and said it was not their problem and that I had to address the damages with CBD Movers. They then proceeded to charge me excessive hours, after wasting most of that time talking to each out and standing around at the rear of their truck!Once they left the house I was reviewing my items and found that none of my plants were unloaded. These were REAL plants and had been clearly marked for the house.. don’t think it is very logical at all to think plants would be stored in a storage unit!!I then had to go back to the storage unit - WASTING MORE OF MY TIME. The plants had been stored at the very rear of the unit and squished almost breaking branches in the corner of the unit.Second to that I found they had stacked a $900 coffee table upside-down on chair legs which they have now completely ruined by scratching the face of the table. The storage unit had plenty of room to stack things properly and still have space.Such a horrendous service. I would never recommend this company ever and I would actively ensure people are aware to never use them to ensure they do not go through this experience. I have moved multiple times and never had to deal with such incompetence. STAY AWAY!

If a negative star was possible I'd give it. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They took 3x as long as quoted purely because they were slow and lazy and spent a bulk of the time on their phones. They also threatened to leave with our stuff in the truck because we didn't want to pay the extra $120 they charged because they had to walk an extra metre to get to the lift. What should have taken them 2hrs took 6.5hrs. The most disgusting service and people I have ever seen.

DO NOT HIRE these people!!! Under no circumstances!They sent out the laziest people and they intentionally took twice as it takes to complete the task - they’re irresponsible- they damaged my entire furniture!! Not a single piece left there with no scratch, dent, or major damage. And when you complain they do absolutely nothing!!! They threaten you and disrespect you even further. I’ll take this further but for now I don’t want anyone else to go through what I had to go through. DO NOT HIRE THEMTheir supervisors are even worse than the employees.

We had such a stressful, frustrating and disappointing experience with this moving company. The quote they gave us when we enquired ended up being totally misleading. During the process of getting the quote we went room by room and listed to the person on the phone everything we had to be moved. This made sense to us and we thought with this information they would be capable of providing a quote for the correct truck and amount of time the move would take. The truck they turned up with was not big enough and the company took no responsibility for their error. They simply said we had too much stuff! Our time slot we booked was 10am-2pm. They showed up at 1.15pm meaning we were waiting all morning and then moving in the rain. We called on the day to request an ETA but they kept repeating the time slot and were unable to provide more information which was a big inconvenience in trying to get the move and cleaning organised. Incredibly disappointing. The movers themselves secured things in the truck professionally and took care when moving in and out but they were hard to communicate with and when we asked about the small damage to our mattress, they again took no responsibility and said it was impossible that they did that. They also tried to charge us additional fees for walking more than 100 meters from the truck to the door. Nothing but hidden fees and added stress. We now have to complete the move ourselves as they took so long and the bill racked up so high we just wanted them to leave. Will not be booking with this company in future and we do not recommend this company at all.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.DISGUSTING SERVICE AND OVERCHARGE CUSTOMERS.I hope you guys get shut down The absolute worst moving company I have dealt with. I had 2 extremely lazy movers, one doesn’t speak a word of english and the other had an airpod on the whole time and was always on the phone. I got charged an absolute bomb for moving from a one bedroom apartment to another only 20 mins away. It took them over 6 hours for a job that shouldn’t take more than 3.5 hours. There was an additional charge for going down a small ramp. I moved more furniture than they both did and it still took 6 hours.They barely filled out the elevator with furniture eventhough both elevators in the old and new apartment were locked for them.One of the movers kept on harassing me for the payment mid move. They stopped working until the amount was paid. They also threatened to leave with my furniture several times and got given an ultimatum.Customer service was a joke and no assistance whatsoever. DO NOT BOOK THIS. ITS A SCAM!!
