Salisbury Uniting Church

Been to this church a number of times in the last 6 months. Good people with a passion for the community. The sermons are on point and are grounded in proper scriptural exegesis. pastoral and leadership team are very open and friendly. On occasion, as a 'younger' man, I have a hard time processing the old(er) hymn book songs and accomodating organ. -4.5 stars-.

It's a shame I have to give this place a star... Terrible false doctrine that's not scriptural and as soon as you challenge that with the word of God you get banned. They are a bunch of liberals pushing their own agenda.. standing for feminism, so practically pro choice and they made us vote on gay marriage even though the Bible is clear about what God thinks of that.. they preach a message that tickles the ears but does NOT save! When I challenged them, one of the main leaders said the Bible contradicts itself" (shows where their understanding of scripture is) I got the police called on me for challenging doctrine even though I was no danger to anyone and they try to label you as mentally unwell if you disagree. I'm appalled at how they operate. Not a church!"

This is a large facility with many rooms to hire for small group meetings. The church has just been renovated.

Require help and turned us away. I thought God is suppose to help those in need.

Moore than just a church as behind the Chappell that faces Park terrace are several good sized rooms and community services.A good venue for community based gatherings . A bit dated in some rooms but I'm told that there are future renovations planned for the whole complex.

I felt horrible after going here after I got treated like an animal

Their awesome, don't kno what I would of done without em sometimes. Lovely staff ,very helpful and considerate people.

I went in was doing the right thing by standing clear by three distances the lady was quite rude and said I have to sit down as she thought I was going to listen to another ladies details and information I decide to sit outside and she stated if I don't like it I can go another charity place which is funded by the government .. prior to that we used to stand out side and shout all our details through microphone in which clearly everyone can hear evethong thing we said as we were shouting in a microphone.You do the right thing and almost try to refuse you service .
