Dan and the team at Titanium Electrical really impressed us with the work they did - Dan was professional, communicated really well with us and did a great job. We needed a new plug on our fridge which Dan was able to make time for same day, came by and got it sorted out at a very fair price.We had them back a few days later to sort out some power socket upgrades and tidying up telephone wiring which was done quickly, a tidy job done and performed exactly as quoted. Dan was on time and tidied up after himself which was great.Highly recommend these guys for your next electrical job.

Titanium were very responsive and helpful with the work performed. Harsim who attended was always on time, very efficient, cleaned up from the works and was generally a real pleasure to deal with - explaining what needed to be done and options for how this could occur. The team at Titanium Electrical recently did an excellent job at our home. They removed an existing heater/fan system in our main bathroom and replaced with a bigger unit. Installed motion sensors and wired to outdoor lighting. Put in an additional power outlet and installed a new front entry lamp. Great communication. Available at convenient times. Exactly on time. Highly professional. Will use them again.

Disappointing. First time they were fine, the second time the same guy came to install our fan and some lights and left plaster mess all over our bathroom floor and on our bed without telling us. He also put the power off while we were home working. Poor communication and excessively priced. When I rang to give feedback spoke to someone who was very gracious and apologetic, who said he'd give us a discount next time. So we have them another go. This time got someone out to quote on a point in our garage, he advised my partner of the options and gave him some prices. Note, he was on premises when he gave the prices. Then when I called to get a quote, he was friendly until I mentioned the discount. There was a decided change in mood, which is disappointing as I gave the feedback which is generally helpful for a business. Anyway, the quote came back as twice the price given to my partner. Clearly a 'signal' quote. Outrageously expensive. Very disappointing.

Daniel and his team from Titanium Electrical were very helpful and efficient. They estimated well with their quote and timings and completed all of the work thoroughly. When I had an electrical problem, Daniel quickly attended and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

Hot water stopped working. Patrick answered the call and was prompt in getting back with a booking within the same week. He was informative about the progress and remembered me whenever I called.Aaron came to diagnose the problem but did not have the part needing to be replaced. Chris came a couple hours later and replaced the heating element. Mess was kept to a minimal. Hot water was working again that same evening.
