I could not recommend this company more highly. I have been helped out by Jody to place tenants and have now sold my rental by Adam. Very nice people, family owned business who take the extra step to look after their customers. I have dealt with a few companies in Darwin and call 2 view are far and away the most professional, friendly real estate agent I have worked with, thanks again guys.

Choose this guy!We had Adam sell our family home as we were moving interstate. It was a tough market and Adam made sure we received a fair price as well as getting a quick sale. He was very approachable, trustworthy and kept us in the loop through the whole process. If we were to sell again or to buy in the Darwin region we’d definitely use Adam

You looked after 2 of my Homes........badlyWill never forgive that property ManagerDestroyed the gardens, and never talked about it. $1300 water bill . Manager could not tell me when they were finally moving out.

The lady at the counter was rude. Wouldn't even lift her head to talk to me.Pior customer service Would not recommend them

We engaged jodie from call to view as she seemed like she would do a good job and look after our investment, she also agreed face to face that she would look after it personally and that she only lived just down the road and drives past all the time. After engaging them it was very hard to get in touch by phone to Jodie, it would always ring and then go to message bank which sounded like she recorded it whilst she was on hands free in the car, she would answer eventually by email and always have a reason why. Jodie never put a foot on the premises again and the property manager she put onto the property was very slow at reporting anything, again always had an excuse. When I decided I had enough of Call to view and the uncaring tenants after twelve months I decide to sell the property even in a bad real estate climate. On the final inspection pretty much anything you can find wrong with the property the answer from the property manager was always the same statement, Its wear and tear. Eg: black scuff marks on walls that had to be painted, kids had been writing on the back of the curtains, garden hadn't been weeded in twelve months, tenants parking on front lawn near doorway putting ruts in lawn and damaging the irrigation system which I didn't discover until I took back the property and had a $600 water bill, it took three months for the property manager to tell me the irrigation system wasn't turned back on after the wet season, obviously you can imagine the straw instead of lawn I then had and again the attitude was, a bit of water and fertiliser it will grow back. It's not the point, it should of never got to that state. I certainly would not recommend this company. I have spoken to another person that has this company looking after their property and all the problems i have stated he is having the same problems.

We purchase a house from them, after all done the paperworks, call2view never congratulate us, he never took the poster board also at house, no message or call, very upsetting. I ask All my friends was purchase a house he congratulate the family after they got the house. But still we thank you to call2view because we are happy to purchase house from your company. Thanks anyway.

What impressed me was that Adam came to inspect my property, he went and researched the market and came back to me with a price that I was happy with. I realised that to sell I had to lower my expectations regarding price and I had various real estate agents through and they all gave a figure which I believed to be too low for what the property was worth. I was fully aware that I was selling in a Depressed Market" and I was looking for someone who believed the property was worth selling at a figure that I was happy with. I found Adam and Gareth to be very professional

Adam is either a really genuine top bloke or an outstanding actor worthy of as many academy awards as he has real estate agent awards. We bought a house through him and he sold a house for us so we know both sides. He and his team thouroughly deserve all the accolades and success that they have achieved. Cheers mate.
