I was pretty happy, I bought two items, the lady was more than happy to assist, she was helpful and didn't rush me out.

Nice staff however no refunds on goods that are no good. For example I purchased a silver chain for my cross to go on. The cross kept getting jammed so I wanted to exchange for a different chain. Thats they would allow but no refunds on the money left over which was $37 dollars. They would only give me a gift certificate for the remainder.. which is fine. However, the very first chain I purchased from them just snapped and broke. I think they could be a bit more refund friendly to people in my position. I wont be shopping there again, except to spend the $37 dollars they wont refund. And, when I do I wont be spending a dime over the $37 dollars. Shop elsewhere people.
