Didn't get to see the doctor after waiting, nor did the doctor appear at all after 40 minutes, Changed to a phone consultation and they didn't call because it had been over a year since last visit. No call to inform me either, just wanted 7 hours for nothing.

Nurse Hannah was very friendly and her energy helped me feel at ease. She demonstrated that she was very knowledgeable and compassionate about the patients in her interactions with other specialists and doctors in the clinic.

Dr Ayaz very knowlegable doctor really looking after his patients. He is my whole family doctor since 2015. Today 24.5.23 we had a physio with my wife we felt great after. Thanks. We left water bottle and upon ring Max able to locate our water bottle. Not his job but able to do extra mile in service. Thanks guys. Well done.

Most satisfactory. Travelling from interstate, I needed unarranged attention which I was able to do at your Centre. My doctor was attentive and helpful, assessing my needs and writing pharmaceutical scripts appropriately; I was then able to fill those scripts from your in-house pharamcy. At every point, staff were obliging, welcoming and helpful.

Very well presented and friendly administration staff here. Plenty of room and seats as well as nice cold water dispenser to refresh. Our GP is Dr. Kara who is very professional and knowledgeable and most of the time spot right on the issues.

Dr Mateen Butt and the staff there are amazing, patient and professional. Very happy to have this medical center as my go-to for all my health needs. Love this place

It is really great place for the normal issues that we might encounter such as abrasion , laceration, wonund reviews, care plan, iron infusion, vaccination and other normal injuries that we might encounter. Nurses are really great. There is a Person care centre for the patients for urgent care. Dr. Is available in PCC so you don't have to wait long to see. Dr. Nurses are really lovely and professional. Would recommend this place rather than waiting in the emergency department at hospitals if its treatable here.

My GP was so bad that 2 days later I had to go to ER, all the other doctors and nurses told me what the doctor did was not right and shouldn't be done, if I left it longer and caused a serious issue that doctor would have been liable. I don't think the entire practice deserves one star but there is no where to give the doctor themselves a review so here we are.
