No matter how long you have an account with them, they will not help you under any special circumstancesThere is no customer relationships whatsoever, and you cannot get into contact with the boss at all even regarding anything.If you want a place where you are mutual friends, this is not the place.“Not my problem mate” it’s what you’ll hear all the time

Bought some turkeys and initially they messed up the order but they were quick to fix it, and delivered to my place free of charge and gave me some extra turkey as well! Turkeys were of good quality as well

Disappointed. I made a special trip to check this out. Shoulder of lamb around $23/kg and about 1/4 of that was just fat (with bulk purchase.) Won't go back. You can get better quality for less elsewhere.

Ripping butchers, put on to them by a mate who always does the best spit lamb, beef & chicken. Took our spit rod in they put the meat on it for us and the correct amount for 60 hungry adults, picked it up Saturday morning of the party. Couldn't be happier!
