Dan Mos Construction

Dan is an absolute legend. A couple of large building companies have had many other houses on the street who got their slabs down first, but that was it. Dan has saved us thousands in interest with a very fast build. Hand over is only days away and only one of the other builders have only just started getting the cladding on. Some don't even have more than a basic metal frame. Having them build next door also has let us see just how much better quality a build Dan does. He's also really fair in his pricing and if he's had something go wrong on his end he owns it and fixes it. There was a small dent caused by someone else in the finished fascia, and he said he was going to fix it even when i gave him the option of not fixing it, he was not going to hear of it. A really honest builder to work with. Can't recommend him highly enough.
