Rickett's Point Beachside Cafe
Great beach retreat to have some coffe and food if you in the area. Great service. The food came so quick I thought it was a mistake, but no it was our food. Had the egg Benedict which is Gf and it was great and was served on the sweet potato bedding. Juicy and tasteful. We sat at the annex area which is quite noise - provided it is full of patrons- can’t really hold a conversation with friends. Over all good experience with a good view and refuge from the elements.

Beautiful views out to the ocean from the back deck, which is under cover and enclosed. It’s a bit noisy as it’s so lively and busy. Food is fine but not exceptional - the bircher muesli was very watery.

Rickett's Point Beachside Cafe
Quite a nice place and a welcome shelter out of the weather. Staff are welcoming and friendly. We went on a weekday For lunch and it was packed. There is a view of the ocean and beach but it’s too noisy to be peaceful. Fish and chips were great. Probably some of the best I’ve had. Batter was crisp light and fluffy, fish itself was ok. Calamari was good too. Would probably come back if around the area.

Came here for the first time. Prime location with the outdoor covered dining area facing the ocean. We were noticed immediately from across the room as we waited to be seated per the sign. Although crowded, we received our meals in good time which were both tasty. Many gluten free options.Toilets were clean. On street or paid beach parking available, the latter being about $10 for 90 mins. Staff interaction friendly. A tad pricey but happy to return and try other menu items.

What a beautiful beachside cafe with a great affordable menu. Whether it's a couple of coffees or a full banquet meal, this place can provide it. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place has a great atmosphere and is really spacious.The covered deck overlooks the sea and is so relaxing - a great place for a romantic meal or drink. The only downside is that it closes early, around 4.30pm Monday to Wednesday and a little later other days. I'll definitely be back!!!

This was a fun find. Actually shocked at how fast our drinks order arrived, rapidly pursued by our meals.Sensible yet generous serving size, competently cooked and presented, it was a pleasure to eat.Enjoyable atmosphere and great views across the bay.We will return.

Rickett's Point Beachside Cafe
This is a unique venue catering for those wanting the simpler things in life like coffee and a slice (my preference) or for the larger group wanting something more substantial. (Some beautifully presented dishes I witnessed)If you time your visit you should find a seat. Parking is trickier. You can park across beach road or at designated areas beach side further down. On a good weather day take a walk along the path. All round a good experience. Do try it.

Rickett's Point Beachside Cafe
Have been to this Cafe several times in the past but not recently. Really hoping they were just having an off day. Waitress was really abrupt and impatient and forgot my order as soon as I gave it to her. Heard her snap at some other customers so didn't take it personally! The coffee was very good - the brownie was awful - really dry and flavourless - think it had been there awhile. This place has such a great location and food and service have been spot on when I have been here before and have reviewed favourably on those occasions.

Well the bar has been set for the worst customer experience in Beaumaris. Family went to Rickett's Point Beachside Cafe for a Nameday Celebration to be faced with possibly the worst arrogance and rudest customer service.In line before 12 to order a simple poached egg on toast and for a 6 yr old to get told by the time they got servedBreakfast finishes at 12" now what makes this worse is your going to make them for your Caesar salad anyway so what's the big deal. Over a simple poached egg you lost a local customer that has been coming for over 40 years.Thank you for letting us experience Ginger Fox around the corner from you at the Beaumaris Concourse for the best warm welcoming customer service and to be honest better food."
