Unprofessional, dishonest, greedy and hopeless. Absolutely not going there. He initially didn't give me how much would be the approximate charge over the phone. When I went there, he said it would be $180 that he could have given me over the phone. I THEN ASKED, HOW MUCH WOULD BE HIS LABOUR CHARGES AS I HAD THE ENGINE OIL (wasn't with me at that moment). He said his charges would be $90 for the service. I rung him and said I had the engine oil. He responded Get it done from someone else". Thankfully my mechanic did the service by charging just $50. Happy to share his contact details."

This is one of the few car shops cares and repairs your car properly. Referred by a friend, took a trip to C&T this afternoon, they were very busy but Charles still accepted to inspect my car. Richard checked thoughtfully then gave me some advice WITHOUT charge any cents for it! Strongly recommend to everyone.

Took my car for an annual inspection and to check out some weird noise. Another mechanic was not able to fix the weird noise after inspecting it on several occasions. Charles and his team took the time and care to investigate the issue and went above and beyond to get the parts for me after their operating hours, to save me another trip back because I live quite far. The car is now strangely quiet - how it should be. Their price is also very reasonable. I could not be happier with their service and I would definitely come back.
