What a great find in Parramatta. Had a fantastic haircut and experience with Steph and Ilka today. They were super professional and paid attention to everything I was asking in my hairstyle. I like that they use organic all natural shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend them. I will be visiting again in about 6-8 weeks :)

My partner regularly visits Ilka for cuts & colours. Results always perfect (And the misses is fussy as).Primarily, loves the experience, as IIka is a pleasure to be around. I had a bad experience at this salon. I went here for a makeover of my hair that I had not cut since the last 10 years and never highlighted. I got an appointment with the owner - Ilka and discussed my hair with her before beginning the process. I had shown pictures of Balayage subtle brown highlights that I wanted along with layers/steps hair cut. At first I thought that I have trusted a professional with my hair and it will turn out well but as I saw my hair for the next 24 hours I was shocked - they were colored red instead of brown and the hair cut was done completely wrong (refer to pictures of before and after). When I went back to her to express my concern on the way my hair had come out after paying a bomb for them and trusting an unknown hair dresser, all she could say was that I can fix this for you but there are no refunds or credit notes"! At the first place how did it all even go wrong - hair colour and cut both! I would never recommend taking a chance with her - extremely unprofessional

I have been seeing Ilka for a few years now. I couldn’t be happier! She will always talk you through any major challenges when changing your colour and always puts the customer first.
