Terrible car park. A bit dark and cluttered inside the store. Staff seem very disinterested, like a place that has low work morale.

Mostly decent place. Okay staff and customer demographic. Decent parking undercover. However, some of the breads could have better due dates. Got a roast chicken recently, and it was missing a wing! The best and tastiest part! Would have gone in to complain, but due to the Covid risk of waiting around, I will let it go. Just hope they are more careful the next time.

Purchased hot dog rolls from the in store bakery which are normally very good, however these ones were stale and when we checked the label we found they were thawed for our convenience. Still sold at full price in the bakery section. Not good enough

Split level parking is a great feature for this accessible store. couple that with a good layout and clean aisles make for a great end efficient shopping experience.

We shop at Greensborough at least twice weekly and always have a reasonably good experience. Range across products is extensive and usually well stocked, prices are very competitive with lots of weekly specials, there is plenty of carparking, and staff are mostly helpful and courteous. I find that most woollies supermarkets are the same. Overall, this is a great store. And their online shopping app and click and collect service is 10/10. Tried Coles a few times but in my experience and opinion, Woollies supermarkets offer a superior experience.

Quality of fruit and vegetable is inconsistent. Lately the quality has been poor at best and even though Woolworths will likely blame ‘growing conditions’ this is likely smoke and mirrors. Selling second rate fruit and vegetable at premium prices- poor form.Recently experience green bananas, third rate cucumbers at huge prices and soft and bruised cucumbers, really disappointing.
