3rd world countries may have better Dental service than these people.Had an issue 2 weeks ago. Got it escalated with their team leader who refused to address my grievances. Few hour's later apologised for the mistakes occurred from their side when they realised that i am taking it further.A week later I had another issue with their service and had to take it to ADA for their advice. Again the staff apologised for their omission.Truly unprofessional and it consumes your time and energy overwhelmingly . Train the staff to treat customers with dignity and respect.Never go there again even if they offer free service. I lost 5 to 6 hours for arguing with the staff.

Had an appointment for 5:30, even had a booking confirmation. Moved things around so that I could make it to the appointment only to show up and they were closed. Very disappointed, tried calling the number on my confirmation email but no answer even tried to call head office but still noting. I understand that somethings happen and it may have met they had to close early but if that was the case that should of contacted anyone who had an appointment. Will defiantly not try to go back again!

You get the run around when it comes to appointments and receptionist is rude! Dentist is nice .

I have always had good service from Nirav, a polite gentleman that explains everything well.

Dr Rachel O'Hagan is amazing. I've always had great service from Rachel and from the receptionists. Rachel always remembers who i am and cares about her patients. My whole family visits this centre!

I have always been scared of going to the dentist, it would cost me a fortune and it felt like the dentists were upselling trying to convince me I needed all different kinds of dental treatment.But ever since coming to Shellharbour Pacific Smiles and meeting Dr Lisa-Marie Brown ive never been scared again. She is always honest and never pushes me into anything. My check ups cost me nothing with my health fund and fillings and things are relatively low cost. I have full trust in this dentist and recommend her to all. Everyone else who works here are always lovely too, ive never had a bad experience! All my family members come here too

Pacific Smiles Dental, Shellharbour has been a positive visit and my dental issues were clearly discussed and resolved in the one visit. Professional and polite I would visit again.

This dental practice is very good. Dr Nisha the new dentist is wonderful so gentle and kind.

Had pain that was stopping me from eating properly they where able to fit me in same day and got it treated, would highly recommend
