Highly recommend these guys! We've used MetroMovers to move 3 times now, first time was to the Central Coast, back to Sydney, then a local move in the Inner West just recently. The communication over the phone was great and our removalist was really nice and relaxed which just made the move even easier, and it was raining too! He didn't mind at all. Prices are also super awesome. Thanks so much!

MetroMovers were excellent - they handled our move perfectly, despite the fact that access to both buildings was particularly difficult (stairs at one and low clearance at the other). Nothing was broken or mislaid, our furniture was dismantled and put together without any fuss at the other end, and the move was completed well within the time constraints. Thanks Ryan and team for an efficient and easy move!

This was the worst move I've ever had - furniture was scratched through carelessness by the movers, with no response to written complaints about it. Further to this, one of the crews finished up early when there was work still to be done, requiring me to pay a second crew to do it. I was told this would be followed up but a response was never provided despite my follow ups (they had my money and that was that).I won't be using this place again and actively caution my friends who are moving about them - I've moved plenty of times and never had these basic issues.
