The guy name raj today on 7:37pm on 29/07/2018.I filled my car ford festiva 2001 and went in to pay with uber discount.He asked me do you drive this car for uber. I asked him that this is my car and i do ubereats on it.He needs to change his attitude otherwise i am not coming here anymore.Raj your job is to scan the code and get the money that customer is paying. Don’t try to be smart ass and ask questions that are not relevant to your job.If you ask me next time I won’t pay you a single dollar.Thanks

New worker was so rude I had a e gift card and she didn’t listen to when I said I’ll pay the five cents in cash and go mad and was so disrespectful idk if she was knew but I always go here and never have bad experiences besides today

Friendly customer service. Very tidy and presentable inside. Ideal for hot or cold drinks on the go. Various snack meals available, hot or cold. Ample fuel pumps and easy access from car parking area infront. Easy access via Heatherton Road or Stud Road. Customer facilities also available in store.

The customer service is worst.this guy RAJ who works at the counter was not accepting my discount card.i told him it’s valid and please do accept.he said let me check.when I told him I ll complain then he told me I was just making fun.caltex has got jokers at the front counter.no respect for customer..Caltex has to look at his atitude
