Purchased a new car. We dealt with Andrew and couldn’t of had a better experience. We made the trip from Townsville to collect our car. Would recommend Island Coast to anyone and if you get the chance, talk to Andrew.

This is an update on an earlier review of the island coast ford/Holden/Mitzi group in Tully.Be very careful when buying a second hand vehicle from these people. This group is the cliche of used car salesmen.I bought a ranger from them which I was assured was in good working order by the machanic in their attached workshop, yep a bit nieve on my behalf but this is a small town business who claim to be part of the community. In less than 10k KMs my gearbox has failed. The machanic I have used to fix it said the approaching failure would have been obvious to their machanic and so them also.Well done island coast in keeping up the well known image of the car salesmen.

Dealt with Shane from Island coast. Picked up a new Triton, bloke was fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too hard, whole process was seamless.

I was there for 20 minutes and no one spoke to me

Some of the staff were rude. The woman on the phone was rude and had a bad attitude when it came time for me to service my car. When my service was complete, the next day I had grinding on my disc brakes, turns out the break pads had worn completely down on the back wheels. They had not even checked my brakes in the service... The sales team were friendly though, and the service price was a little expensive, but a hell of alot better then Cairns Mitsubishi. Overall pretty poor experience all around. Would not recommend buying a Mitsubishi as there seems to be lots of issues to follow.

Excellent service, great staff. Worth the drive from surrounding areas to get a great deal.
