Movee were great to deal with. My actual mover was a nightmare. Very slow, kept asking me if I was moving particular items and I had to keep telling him yes everything had to go to the new house except 3 items. They damaged things. My daughters bed broke as it wasn’t put back together correctly. It took one and a half days for a 3 bedroom house. Could not move my fridge as they had the wrong truck so I had to pay another mover to do it. I gave another review he wasn’t happy with so he came to my house on the Sunday morning telling me I can’t do that. But the movee office staff were lovely a pity the mover was such a let down.

Cesar and his friend were fantastic. Never did he seem to not smile even though out move was difficult due to access points in both apartments and annoying stairs. Even on a super hot day. His driving was also superb - it's not an easy driveway to reverse down and he did it like it was nothing! Couldn't rate him higher. Thank you Cesar!

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. While their initial communication seemed promising, I later learned that they are a middleman who subcontract their moving services to other providers. This was not made clear to me during our conversations, which left me feeling misled.After reading reviews of this company, I decided to cancel my booking. They have a policy that allows for a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. However, I have been waiting for my refund for several weeks and have yet to receive it. Despite sending several emails, I have not received any definitive information on when I can expect to receive my refund.I was unable to find any details or reviews for the company they subcontracted us, which made me uncertain about their legitimacy. I also found it concerning that they make it seem as if the moving vehicles etc belong to them , when in reality they are a middleman.Overall, my experience was not ideal. I wouldadvise others to carefully research any service providers before booking with them, and to ensure that they fully understand the terms of service before making any payment.

The movers were incredible. They worked hard to get everything done. The company itself on the other hand has been subpar. I was quoted one price, told there was no hidden fees and optional high value insurance. A few days later I was called and told that I HAVE to pay the extra insurance. After a lot of argument they finally backed down. When the job was complete, I was charged an extra $30 an hour than what was quoted. There was fees in the fine print of the contract which were not disclosed on the phone. I would’ve been happy to pay an extra $30 an hour if they’d just quoted me that price.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I regret using Movee for my move - they were just BEYOND appalling. Awful customer service and lack of professionalism.Firstly, I had my move time rescheduled multiple times from different representatives with conflicting information - already demonstrating lack of communication amongst their team.Next, the movers had arrived but did not have my contact details so they were unable to alert me that they had arrived and waited almost 2 hours - luckily I had gone downstairs from my apartment and asked if they happened to be there for me - again lack of communication between the workers and their management.When they finally began moving my furniture, they were incredibly slow - to the point I was under the impression that they were intentionally moving slow to increase their total labour costs … I contacted the Movee team who called the workers and simply gave a verbal reminder (workers continued to move slowly). They were inefficient and took light pieces one at a time instead of loading multiple things onto trolleys to reduce the number of trips taken (clearly didn’t have the right equipment and were inexperienced).They decided to take a lunch break which further delayed the move which created a huge inconvenience to the logistics of my elevator bookings at the property I was moving into. At one stage, I caught one of the workers lounging on my couch that was in their truck… I was so furious. They clearly didn’t have sufficient equipment to make it an efficient move if there was always one worker waiting in the truck for the trolley.They were taking so excruciatingly slow and kept telling me that they had another job to go to. Out of frustration, I began helping them bring stuff up. Yes, me the CUSTOMER was doing the work I PAID them for. The final cost was incredibly far from my original quotation which put a lot of stress on me to seek additional financial assistance and the workers refused to bring up the rest of my furniture until I was able to cough up the money. There was no empathy or respect shown, just verbal coercion for me to pay up despite my strong dissatisfaction with their service.After complaining to customer service, they offered no compensation for my dissatisfaction and only requested that I email my complaint. Customer service consistently sided with their workers rather than making customer satisfaction a priority.Absolutely appalling and would never ever recommend their service to others nor use myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Never ever use this service.On 13/05/23 I booked and paid a deposit to have their movers arrive between 8-10am, on the morning of no one turned up, they arrived at 2.30pm, took hours to pack up one bedroom and load boxes. Arrived at our new home at 5.45pm, then refused to make the bed, and remove items from the truck without immediate payment. Of course they also added 10% service fee and a night time service fee so totally over $700.I requested the manager at Movee to call him on the 14/05/23 he agreed but no phone call that day. Sent countless emails to the accounts and admin team and still nothing.Also items are not cared for (boxes thrown into rooms), they walk through carpet areas and spread mud on the carpet. They also ask to borrow tools so they can complete the job after refusing without payment.Untrustworthy, reckless, unethical, pathetic company.

I must admit I really was worried after reading other reviews about this company but I was pleasantly surprised! Not only were my movers friendly they were also professional and neither properly or my belongings were damaged in the move. I would recommend this company to others wanting to move and I will definitely be using them again.

The men who moved were amazing. They both were very efficient and knew what they were doing. Also very friendly. The move itself was great. What I got quoted initially was only half of what I ended up paying so that was a shock when I got the final quote. I had to pay a 10% service charge which wasn’t mentioned. It was 70$ for an 11 minute drive between locations

The move went so smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The team was very professional and every item was handled with care. Very satisfied with what would normally be a very stressful day. Definitely good value. Thanks Movee !

Don't use this middle man company.Both the subcontractors and company are surpar during my move and after following up with them.The movers lack the skills, fitness levels and commitment to the job. If they could of taken all day, they absolutely would of done. I ask that politely to move with urgency and layout my time expectation for them once I realised the laid back service. Nothing much changed. The company was rung and they then rang the subcontractor and then their demeanour changed. It took just over 3 hours to move less then a 1 bedroom apartment with no white goods, no large furniture pieces and also with my help at the pick up and drop off. I paid almost double of what I was quoted AND for a unprofessional, apathetic service. Very unimpressed. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
