I had very specific design elements in mind which I wanted to incorporate into my bridal look. I am also a relentless perfectionist, which meant that designing my dress and veil the way I have imagined them, was going to be a huge challenge. Moira exceeded my expectations and brought my dream gown to life. Moira was very receptive to my vision and guided me with her creative expertise throughout the process. I genuinely enjoyed every step of the journey, and looked forward to every appointment. The fabrics that the team work with are very high quality and incredibly beautiful, which makes a great deal of difference. The entire team is highly experienced and attentive. Each interaction was a pleasure and you could really feel that everyone was committed to going above and beyond to create the gown of your dreams. I wholeheartedly disagree. It was an incredibly special experience to wear a unique dress and veil on my wedding day, which were adorned with patterns and beading personally meaningful to me, which were crafted with expert precision to fit me like a glove and which truly reflected my authentic personality. Getting my gown designed by Moira Hughes was an experience I will treasure forever. I had been to other bridal stores but never got the feeling that they had exactly what I wanted. As soon as I explained what I was after to the team at Moira Hughes, they could see it straight away - the only thing was that it didn’t exist yet! When we saw the first sketch of the gown that Moira Hughes had planned, my mum and I knew that this was the one. The experience of designing, creating and fitting my gown with Moira Hughes was incredible and the entire team were dedicated to ensuring that every element and detail of my gown was made to perfection. On my final fitting, I couldn’t believe how perfect it had turned out. It was everything I had dreamed of and more. I never wanted to take it off! Thank you so much to Moira Hughes and the entire team there for making my wedding day as perfect as it could ever be. I will be forever grateful.

An incredible experience thanks to this amazing team!I couldn't find a dress, all other bridal-wear shops said 7.5 months wasn't long enough, one even said I had to pay $10k and take measurements on that same day (!!!) - not at Moira Hughes, they were incredibly calm, accommodating and nothing was too hard.I chose a top and bottom from two different dresses thanks to Keira's styling advice and Sharon and her team ensured it fit like a glove. Each appointment it was just me instore, amazing!Thanks again to this incredible team, highly recommend to all brides! xx

My path to finding a wedding dress was long and tedious. Living on the other side of the world and searching for my dream dress in the middle of a pandemic along with my desire for the perfect dress" made it a tricky process. Thankfully a quick trip home 9 months before our wedding and a weekend of wedding shopping landed me at Moira’s doorstep.From the moment I stepped into Moira’s store and was welcomed by the bubbly Kiera my mother and I felt at ease. After trying on many of Moira’s beautiful creations and discussing the logistics of having a dress made while the bride was living on a different continent
