ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR. They have taken everyones money for product promised to be available within a week and now are deliberately giving customers the run around to make refunding impossible and keep the money. Its now two months later and 6 phone & email requests later and they are still deliberatly running me around, won't pick up the phone and keep giving automated emails saying no refunds although they cant deliver on original agreement. They are in total breach of ACCC regulations and they don't care.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

This place is a scam. Do not order from here. Taking peoples money, promising a product over a month ago and not delivering. Their facebook page has been deleted which is quite telling.

Great service from the team here! I ordered some products and they arrived the next day which was great. The website is simple and easy to use and the prices are competitive. I was certainly happy using their $8 courier service, my item came the very next day!

Refusing to cancel an online order when there is no stock availability! Beware!

Ordered with this company beginning of January. Spoke with customer service on a Friday only to be told on the Monday that that particular customer service agent had quit that same day and was no longer working there.Refused to allow me to cancel an order even though promises were made for delivery and they continually failed to deliver.Now my deliver has been on the way for 3 weeks and nobody is replying to emails which were sent two weeks ago.I’ve even had the business owner email to confirm that my package is on the way but now she too is not even replying to emails. One of their email addresses has also mysteriously been shut down as non-deliverable as well.Avoid!!!!

Dodgy brothers incorporated. Used staff to get them through the busy period leading up to Christmas and to organise there re branding, then terminated them when work slowed down with no notification. Think it’s acceptable to tell customers to “f off”, disobeyed all the covid directions that were in place at the time. Oh and my favourite…. The owners Craig and Rachel think it’s ok to discriminate staff, as they have medical conditions or disabilities. Definitely take your business elsewhere! Fair work SA definitely have this business under watch!

Giving local business a bad name. I wanted to support a small, local business but i's a total rip-off. I tried to cancel an order that was placed on 2 January- I've emailed twice with no reply and called but was not even given the option to speak with a person before the call hangs up. I feel like they've stolen my $70+ I should have just ordered from Terry White.

Absolutely shocking service taking orders telling everyone they have RAT tests in stock when they don’t then after lots of notifications that they are delaying delivery and they are not answering calls or emails for a refund.Be very aware of this company that does not return phone calls or emails and then points you to a member of staff called Kieran who keeps posting they are available and coming in. Please don’t do as we did place an order and pay upfront as they said they had stock when in fact they don’t.Since we cannot respond to the owner here it is. The web NEVER SAID they were pre-order items. It does now but not when we made the order. We would like a refund as previously requested multiple times which you have ignored and not answered

Noar Pack communicated the reason for delays, the products were delivered as promised. Support locals, the delay was beyond their control. Supplies were in high demand and being commandeered interstate. Happy with service, product and communication
