Great place to be registered with, they are so helpful and kind. I see Lul for my appointments and she is just the best always there when I need her and willing to help and give me the best information, she is just great.

every time i try to call i get put on hold for 30+ mins without an answer and can’t reschedule appointments when i can’t make them.

Absoloute joke, can never EVER get through to these people via phone, so can't contact anyone if you need to change your appointment date or time, which leads to them suspending your payments the very same day. Answer your phones. Currently on hold with them right now, 42 mins still on hold no answer

This place is terrible. They don't do anything except expect you to run around here and there. They say they help you find a job although they don't have to but I never get a response from there jobs. They expect me to travel far when I don't drive. I have been very sick with bad asthma, can't breathe properly and centrelink says it's not a medical problem, love to see them live with that. Centrelink is very heartless. No one cares. I have to do everything on my own at home, cause I don't get any support and now centrelink want to take my money because my consultant complained . Some people have a big mouth and love to make other people's lives hard. My life is hard enough. I'm so stressed so thanks.

Truly a joke. My mum is assigned here and she has level 1 English. They never arrange a translator and when she says she doesn't understand what they are telling her she says they tell her no problem" and continue talking like she's going to understand them. I have no words for this level of ignorance in not understanding a language barrier."

An employed consultant in this office does not know the meaning of customer service. This person is very cold, rude and condescending in which a scheduled appointment is made then 10 minutes before the appointment decides to abruptly cancels it. If I treated my previous clients like that there would be a lynch mob waiting for me outside the premises. I have a wealth of experiences and what they do is put me in an area were I have no experience or interest in working at. Until someone gets a broom and cleans out this closet, this site will never earn 5 stars.

all i get is very bad service from this place and they dont listen and dont help, i have 4 jobs to find when i have a medical issue that give me problems when i travel so i get my payments stopped because of a medical issue, so in other words they stop my payments for nothing because jobs is nothing, so i cant get a medical form until next month due to my dr being booked out so it looks like no money until then so can someone reply with HR 's phone number because im not happy with the service i get at jobfind
