My family gets cheap as chips two times a week. Never have the food. They close at nine but they won't take orders after 8. Staff and manager are rude constantly saying my order doesn't exist. Offer you a box of wings. Save your money wouldn't recommend.

Customer service bloke could t be bothered to open his mouth when talking. I asked him to repeat as I couldn’t hear him and he just mumbled the same without trying to be better.Meals were average at best. Sub par.

This place needs better stuff that are willing to work faster I did a order on the app I had to wait roughly 1/2 a hour to get my order then they didn’t give me my whole order so I had to wait another 1/2 hour to ask them for the rest of my order!1 staff member was just standing there looking at the screen the whole time

Truly Australia's tastiest chicken. Bought a Giant Feast for both Hulky & Myself. Enjoyed every single bite of it, we did.

There was 3 people in front of us not being served just being ignored. Then when they finally served he served 2 people then stopped serving. I ended up ordering through the app just so we could get our food. One guy would lean on the counter with his back to customers watching other workers waiting to be told to do stuff. Food was very average.Another customer in store said he waited 20mins yes for his meal and saw another customer waiting 20mins just to be served.

The food is cold and stale. Always out of stock, can’t get any food past 8 pm even though they shut at 9pm and staff are lazy. Needs to be some serious changes, a good manager would be a start. All up they are just pathetic.
