Paul was very helpful over the phone, offering the most economical solutions for us to fix a cracked caravan window.He came onsite quickly to fix the window, which then cracked again after he left when we opened and closed it. When I called to ask what we could do he immediately offered to come back after the weekend and redo it at no charge, which I was not expecting. He said there may have been a slight twist in the frame which had caused the glass to crack in the first place and then again after he fixed it. As promised he came back, replaced it again, and fixed the frame - all at no extra cost.Very impressed and grateful.Highly recommended.

In the past, I'd used Glass Solutions and was pretty satisfied with their work, which is why I decided to hire them again.But this time around, things didn't go well, and I'm sad to say I won't be using them in the future.We'd agreed they'd supply and fit two clear glass pieces for a couple of my tabletops. Both in the written quote and our phone call, we made it clear that the glass should be transparent.But, to my surprise, the glass for the round table turned up with a dark tint, which really changes how the table looks.I asked them to fix this, but Glass Solutions has just shrugged me off, saying I need to pay for a new piece.In my view, Glass Solutions is not playing fair according to Queensland's consumer laws. These laws make it clear that customers have a right to a replacement or refund if what they get is faulty, not up to the job, or doesn't match what was described.Considering the glass doesn't fit the description that was agreed upon, it seems to me that Glass Solutions isn't following the law. I'm reviewing further actions against this business and I will certainly not be using them again.
