Michael has just completed an extensive renovation and extension on our home, he delivered on time and with minimal disruption or stress despite the chaos going on in the building industry with supply issues due to Covid. We were really lucky to have Michael guide us through from the beginning of the design process to the completion of the build. I would highly recommend Linear Design and Construct, we are really happy with the quality of the extension and restoration of the existing house, our block was a difficult excavation with limited access and what Michael and his team have achieved is exceptional.

From here Michael was able to assist us in some design concepts which would not only optimise the functionality and value of our property but also correct the mistakes of the past. Michael and his team were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient, even with us remaining in the house throughout the renovation. We first engaged Linear Design & Construct on the renovation of our home. The single point of contact and accountability through the design and build process really appealed to us and their delivery on this was seamless. Embarking on a major renovation and extension of your beloved home is scary to say the least. Michael and Linear Design & Construct worked with us from original design thoughts all the way to completion. Michael was always ready to meet and talk about our thoughts and ideas. Never once did he question, always thought about it and came back with good reasoned advice - which we always took! Very important was the discussions we had well before the project started to move. We were all very clear about what was to happen from Day 1 with 2-3 changes along the way as possibilities opened up. Michael and his team were always respectful of us and our home - even friendly to the dog - and this is crucial. We moved out for some of the project but were resident for probably half the project. I think all of this led to the exceptional result that we attained. The house is more than we'd imagined, more than we'd dreamt of and we are simply delighted. I was lucky enough that Michael and his team from Linear not only built a residential property for me in Clayfield but also designed and constructed my tilt slab factory at Coopers Plains. From start to finish on both projects there was a high degree of professionalism rarely encountered in this day and age. The Kim Olsen Property team have been involved in the recent sale of a renovated property development that was completed by Linear Design & Construct. The Buyers entered into a contract prior to the completion of the renovation which was a massive leap of faith. Not only did Linear Design & Construction deliver on what they had promised; they exceeded our client’s expectations by undertaking and completing additional works to the scope provided in the contract.
