Promptly attended our property, was easygoing and polite, and provided an extremely reasonable quote. My wife and I chose to have Michael complete the renovations on our home, and the quality and finish speak for themselves. I’d recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent tradesman.

Completed an exterior renovation of our our retail shop in Bundall. Michael exceeded my expectations from start to finish of the project. His communication throughout the project was superior to any other trades I have used.

Huge thank you to Michael and Pete from MK Building and Renovations!I have to say that I was feeling very overwhelmed at the thought of doing renovations having consulted with several builders hence it was important to find a company who would be the right fit. Michael was one of the few companies that provided a quote without additional follow up, was always on time and when we interviewed we seemed to connect. Suddenly the feeling of overwhelming turned into a feeling of excitement for what we could accomplish.Our renovation consisted of removing two structural posts in the kitchen and garage as well as complete interior renovation (kitchen, bathrooms, plaster over exposed brick and racked ceilings and flooring). Everyone that I had contact with during the project was very professional and respectful; no question/concern was ever too big or too small (even the picky little things). Even with the inevitable variations as we changed our mind midway through the build, Michael took it in the stride and was very fair with any price adjustments due to additional work.In the end, my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I now have this beautiful open, modern and functional house. It’s airy and bright and ready for entertaining. The completed look is amazing and exceeded our expectations.I would highly recommend MK Building and Renovations and will use them again for future projects.
