I have dealt with Walco for over 10years and found the service brilliant.The covers particularly are fantastic, no problems a long as you do not let the water build up, obvious really!! I highly recommend this company for quality service. They must be good been around for a long time

This is my personal experience with Walco liners and covers run by Stephan, a man with no scruples, who has cheated us.We unfortunately requested for a pool cover and Stephen came by to sell us the concept of his pool cover after a few cancelled appointments, as he was afraid that rain drops would spoil his equipment.He took nearly $1300 from us and delivered a cover which has a leak to this day. The cover was not cut to the way we had requested it.He was supposed to come back and sort things out which till today has not happened.Having got his money he has behaved like the typical low life tradie, without one bit being bothered to resolve the customers problem.Now we have struggled from day one to put and remove the cover as it is too heavy for two people (my wife and I) to do this. In fact my wife fell into the pool in trying to put the cover on.When we requested this man to come and assist us he said he could not do it for at least 6 weeks or more, and that it would cost us another $160 for his services. We agreed to pay him as we wanted to close the pool for the winter, and on the agreed day, he calls to say that he wanted his money up front for him to come by. I got this message late, cancelled all my engagements and waited at home at the said time when I get a text message saying we was not coming as he had not got his money.Now this is a company and a individual who is least reliable and most untrustworthy. Please be extremely careful of your hard earned money when you deal with this man or his company.My personal advice and request to all who are thinking of a pool cover is to avoid this cheat Stephen and Walco, as they are a total rip off.We have heard of cowboy tradies, here is a perfect example of one!!!!I dont see a future for this lot in Australia or elsewhere.

Fantastic company to deal with. I have used Steve on numerous occasions, I used his pool liners when building my pool but also to fit both a winter cover to my pool and also for his solar blankets. He was completely professional from start to finish. came out and measured up and my pool liner , winter cover ,solar blanket and roller are all of the highest quality and fit perfectly. His attention to detail and prompt service have seen me recommend Walco Pool covers and liners to a number of people who have all utilized his services and were very happy with the results. Full of praise for this firm and for Steve. I've dealt with Walco for over 20 years replacing liners and cannot fault the service that I have received from them. The quality of the workmanship is first class, the responsiveness, commitment and integrity of the staff par excellence, and the desire to ensure customer satisfaction is exceptional. Steve went beyond the normal level of customer relations to ensure that the job was satisfactorily completed. I'd certainly have no hesitation recommending Walco.

Over the last 26 years I have purchased 3 Pool Blankets / Solar Covers for a rental property in SA. One of these covers was a Walco Suncap Solar Blanket, and the other 2 were different brands (most likely imports). Similar price on all three, but in terms of longevity the Walco cover was superb, lasting 12 years and nearly twice the life of the other covers at 7 years a piece! I'll be sticking with Walco from here in and have just ordered a new cover from them. They are also a pleasure to deal with, thanks Cheryl!

Amazing team and fantastic service. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all our queries. The owner went an extra mile to ensure our pool cover was the right fit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic product and fantastic company to deal with. We went for 2 years without using our pool. When we removed the cover and tested the water it was crystal clear and clean, just needed some salt. There was not even any evaporation. We couldn't believe it. Their aftersales service is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.
