Tara Stone Hypnotherapy

Tara has been amazing and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone that is thinking of using hypnotherapy. She is a very warm and lovely person who makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

I cannot thank Tara enough. She has been extremely helpful, assisting me to combat anxiety. Her warm, open and friendly nature put me at ease straight away.I have attended 2 sessions now and I have left each session feeling calm, at peace and excited to return. The sessions being recorded is an awesome inclusion to her service! Listening to them at night reinforces Tara’s good work. I had heard so many people rave about Tara to me for many years, who had gone to her for help regarding various issues and when I went myself recently for my own extensive trauma, I could see why.Upon entering the beautiful therapy room, I immediately felt incredibly calm and comfortable. And the hypnotherapy definitely has a wonderful effect. After leaving I always feel a sense of peace, positivity and clarity. Tara has really been an absolute life raft for me!Unlike other therapists I had been to, with Tara it doesn’t feel clinical in the slightest, the total opposite. Tara helped me with so much more than when I first booked that first appointment online. She was able to really connect with things I thought had dealt with and buried away. With her professional help, I was able to repair once broken relationships, and also gain the things I desired most in my life. Tara has absolutely made me look at my life in many different ways now and I thank her very much for being so brilliant and wise in offering her advice to me and opening my mind up to see more clearly. I have enjoyed my sessions with Tara immensely and they have been most beneficial. I will enjoy touching base with Tara every now and again when I feel the need. I live in Queensland and just love the idea of being in contact with Tara online - it's like I am there with Tara in the same room. Obviously, I have no choice but to have our sessions online, but it works beautifully. I certainly would highly recommend having sessions with Tara online.
