Delivery was smooth and on time. However, I want to raise a concern regarding Student Briyani's inconsistent quality. Last month I ordered one bucket of chicken briyani with a good amount of chicken, but this time I only found one piece of chicken in the whole bucket and the rest was rice and potatoes. I paid good money but received little value. Disappointed.

Ordered mangoes. Got updated via message that delivery would be on saturday and the delivery came on friday night when no one was home. Delivery was fast and sindhri mangoes seem good (yet to try) but I had to ask the delivery person to leave them at the door and write my name on it. Luckily it did not get misplaced when i came back but the delivery experience could have been better.

Have been buying mangoes with them from last year, quality is good and delivery is as promised. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Mango delivery between 12pm-9pm.No! my Mango was delivered 12:15 am midnight by buzzing my doorbell and waking me up . Stupidity at its highestFor their stupidity , I was offered $5 discount for the next purchase. What a bargain !!

Driver give me wet and damaged box , I refused to accept but he force me to take . The wasn’t look good may be he gave me previous left over any box from his car . I call him more than 50 times but he didn’t pick up my call . I spend $$ for this rubbish, can’t believe. Very disappointed

Simply the best!I have ordered Pakistani mangoes previously with Grubup and recently ordered Student Biryani through their mobile app. The whole process was seamless and took less than 5mins to place my order. Food was delivered on time as promised and still hot which was great as the restaurant is alteast 30mins drive.Keep up the great work!

Grub up is a very good service . They have so many options to order. Their customer service is awesome.

Please be careful while ordering with them as you cannot simply trust them. I placed order from Students Biryani and they (GRUBUP) said that it will be delivered between 3pm and 6pm but delivery arrived at 6:30pm but also food items were missing so I called Students Biryani first and they said that they have given 2 kheer but i have received just 1 and also they said that each serve of chicken seekh kebabs have 4 pieces but i did receive 3 pieces on each serve which means 2 pieces of chicken seekh kebab were missing and also I have noticed that it was extremely cold which is obvious that someone open the box. Such a shameful act if driver was hungry then he could simply ask me and I could definitely give him all as its Ramadan but must not steal food. when I complain to them over the whatsapp as its an only option to make complain according to them they said we respond you but nothing at all.
