I've had an absolutely shocking experience with their team. I sent an important piece of equipment for repair to them and heard absolutely nothing back. Every time I call, they cannot find the spreadsheet which lists the progress of the repair, there seems to be no communication between the admin and the repair technicians. Once when calling for an update I was very explicit that I wanted a call back - after not hearing anything, I called back at the end of the day, the lady that was meant to call be back had gone home.Just constantly bounced around. Not given any real time-frames. They don't seem to care and generally just really displeased and frustrated after going through this whole repair experience and will ensure the product manufacturer that recommended me is informed.
